2. Website Development Services Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Website Packages (₹2999 & ₹3999)

For our standard website packages, we offer the following refund structure:

2.2 Custom Website Development

For custom website projects, refunds are determined based on:

  • Work completed up to cancellation date
  • Resources allocated and utilized
  • Milestones achieved
  • Specific terms outlined in the custom project agreement

Note: Once design mockups are approved or development work has commenced, a significant portion of the project cost is considered earned as it represents work completed and resources expended.

3. Web Hosting Services Refund Policy

3.1 Hosting Plans

4. Non-Refundable Services & Situations

The following services and situations are non-refundable:

  • Domain Name Registrations/Renewals: Once registered, domain names cannot be refunded as fees are paid to domain registrars
  • SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates cannot be revoked or refunded
  • Third-Party Licenses: Any fees paid for third-party software, plugins, or themes
  • Completed Work: Any work that has been completed and delivered to the client
  • Revisions Beyond Scope: Additional work requested beyond the original project scope
  • Client-Requested Cancellations: After significant work has been completed
  • Project Delays Caused by Client: If project delays are due to client's failure to provide required materials or feedback
  • Violation of Terms: Services terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Services Used/Consumed: Any services that have been utilized or consumed

5. How to Request a Refund

5.1 Refund Request Process

8.2 Project Cancellation by The Digital Nook

In rare cases where we need to cancel a project:

  • You will receive a full refund of any payments made
  • We will provide all work completed up to that point
  • We will provide a detailed explanation for the cancellation

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, epidemics, or natural disasters.
